Q : I am wondering if I need to take an English language proficiency test. In Uganda, the language of instruction in school is English.

R : The language requirement differs from institutions. Please consult the host institution rules regarding languages proficiency.

 

Q : Wish to know if one must have an evidence of admission before one can apply for degree seeking mobility scholarship?

R : The student can apply for the TAFSA scholarship before getting the admission letter. However, the application is considered completed once you send the admission proof, only then you are eligible for the pre-selection.

 

Q : Somalia is eligible for this scholarship?

R : Yes. Students from Somalia are eligible as TG2 students.

 

Q : If someone got an admission in other university of Africa will have chance to benefit from your scholarship?

 R : TAFSA scholarship benefits students enrolled in one of the consortium universities.

 

Q : Does this mean that this master's is only for females and that males are not required for the master of science in food security and community nutrition ?

R : The project has quotas for males and females. This means that the projects prioritise female to meet the quota.
